What Enterprise Systems Does the Authority Use?

Under section 6270.5 of the California Government Code, the Authority is obliged to describe software systems that store information about the public. The Authority uses two such systems:

  • Scale Management Software from Creative Information Systems
  • QuickBooks from Intuit

The information stored in both of these systems is used to track charges and payments from commercial charge accounts. Data is collected daily and these databases are also updated daily. These databases are maintained by staff of the Del Norte Solid Waste Management Authority.
